Has anyone ever used this stuff: http://www.waterpreserver.com/waterpreserver.htm' onclick='window.open(this.href);return false; to ensure a sanitary water storage tank and then used Clorox instead or vice versa?

My concern with Clorox is that I have no idea what's in there besides sodium hypochlorate. I know the Red Cross recommends using regular household bleach to disinfect water in emergencies but I haven't found any comment from them concerning water storage tanks.
