I wanted a software that will do it all from opening designs, editing designs to creating designs. I also wanted a program that was easy to use, have great customer support and didn't charge every time there is an update. The added bonus is the 5 free designs a month! Each time I have submitted a ticket (hasn't been many:)) the response time has usually been within 24 hours or less. The virtual events that have been on-going since the pandemic have been great and thank you to those who host them for free and taking time out of your busy schedules to allow us to have access to gaining expert knowledge. The Floriani Forum has also been a great resource as you are able to ask questions and also go back and search for topics that you may have the same questions about. The on-line videos are awesome as you can always go back and replay if you need to understand something that you may have missed. Thank you to all the Educators who share their vast knowledge with us and hopefully someday soon we can all get back to in-person events which are really great to be there for hands-on learning!
